Spicy Sweet Potato Fries with Sriracha Mayo
Sweet potato fries are great on their own, but toss in a spicy kick and creamy mayo dipping sauce, and you've got yourself an elevated side dish.

2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon honey
↪ Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey to make the dipping sauce.
5. Serve the fries hot with the spicy mayo on the side!
