 Ingredients:

- 1 cup spinach leaves (optional for extra greens)

- 1 banana

- 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

- 1 tablespoon moringa powder (or 1/2 cup fresh moringa leaves, tightly packed)

- 1 cup coconut water (or any preferred liquid like almond milk or water)

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)

- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)


Directions:

1. Prepare Ingredients:

   - If using fresh moringa leaves, wash them thoroughly and remove any tough stems.

   - Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.

   - Measure out the mango and pineapple chunks.


2. Blend:

   - Add spinach leaves, banana, mango chunks, pineapple chunks, moringa powder (or fresh moringa leaves), coconut water, chia seeds, and honey or maple syrup to a blender.

   - Blend until smooth and creamy. If using ice cubes, add them in and blend again until well combined.


3. Adjust Consistency:

   - If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more coconut water or your preferred liquid until you reach the desired consistency.


4. Serve:

   - Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best taste and texture.
