Crispy Baked Mac and Cheese Bites Recipe
Everyone loves mac and cheese, but how about turning it into crispy little bites? These mac and cheese balls are packed with cheesy goodness and baked to perfection—no frying needed!

2 cups cooked macaroni
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for spraying
↪ Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, egg, and seasoning. Mix well until creamy.
3. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
4. Roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs, pressing to coat.
5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and lightly spray with olive oil.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve with a dipping sauce, like ranch or marinara!
