Crispy Baked Cauliflower Wings
A healthier alternative to chicken wings, these crispy cauliflower wings are perfect for snacking or serving as an appetizer!
↪ Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup water
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works great)
Olive oil spray
Your favorite wing sauce (buffalo, BBQ, or sweet chili)

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat in breadcrumbs.
4. Place the florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
6. Once baked, toss the cauliflower wings in your choice of sauce.
7. Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing!
