Creamy Mushroom Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are browned and tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss until the pasta is coated in the sauce.
- Serve the pasta with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
2. Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Dissolve baking soda in hot water and add to the batter along with salt.
- Stir in flour and chocolate chips.
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
- Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
