Cauliflower "Chicken" Nuggets Recipe

1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
Olive oil for baking

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
