Cauliflower "Chicken" Nuggets Recipe 


For a vegetarian twist on crispy chicken nuggets, these cauliflower bites give you all the crunch and flavor without the meat. They’re delicious, guilt-free, and perfect for a quick snack!

↪ Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 eggs, beaten

Olive oil for baking


↪ Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).


2. In a bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.


3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.


4. Place the florets on a baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.


5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.


6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
